This can prompt a win-win situation for both the company and degree leveled graduate. For example, flexibility in scheduled work hours is considered an additional benefit. In this modern day it is not unusual to find individuals working four day work weeks and in some cases even fewer days and hours. Graduates have more room to bargain with an employer when taking experience with field related education to the table.Today’s workforce is filled with careers that offer options to work primarily from home.
